We work together with volunteers, schools, universities and industry partners to deliver our programs and events. Our board of directors bring deep expertise from across investment management, finance, and education – guiding our strategy and ensuring we stay true to our values and purpose.
Our Team
Emmy Sendow
Managing Director
Emmy has a lifelong commitment to gender equality and is dedicated to empowering more women to pursue careers in finance.
She has 15+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and fintech in both Sweden and the UK, with senior roles at Avanza and Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management.
She holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.
Karin Nordin
Program, Project & Partnerships Manager
Karin has 10 years of experience working in academia across the world, at universities such as San Francisco State University, Rutgers University, and most recently as a Program Manager at the Stockholm School of Economics.
She holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from Rutgers University.
Tuss Rimfors
Marketing and engagement lead
Tuss has over 3 years of experience combining creative content, visual design, and data-driven strategy to strengthen brand identity and has previously worked for GAIN UK.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Fashion Marketing and Brand Management from Ravensbourne University London.
